• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Pricing is determined based on the volume of junk to be removed, the complexity of the job, and the type of materials. All prices will be confirmed prior to the start of the service.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified during booking.
• Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Salt City Junk Removal reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by law.

4. Items Not Accepted

Salt City Junk Removal does not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

• Asbestos
• Chemicals and solvents
• Medical waste
• Paints and paint thinners
• Propane tanks
• Batteries (unless otherwise agreed upon)

Customers are responsible for disclosing any hazardous materials prior to the service. Salt City Junk Removal reserves the right to refuse service if prohibited items are discovered.

5. Safety and Access

• Safe Access: The customer must ensure safe access to the junk removal area. This includes removing any obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring pathways are clear.
• Risk of Damage: While our team takes every precaution to avoid damage, Salt City Junk Removal is not responsible for any damage to property caused by obstacles not disclosed prior to service.

6. Liability and Indemnification

• Limited Liability: Salt City Junk Removal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
• Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Salt City Junk Removal, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the customer’s use of our services.
